Care of Jewelry:
Our jewelry is coated with real gold and looks like gold, but is NOT solid gold. Therefore it needs different care than solid gold. Please avoid chemical solutions, perfumes, excessive sweat, ocean water and swimming water. Salt water and chlorine can damage your jewelry. Over time, chlorine can damage and discolor metals that are alloyed with the gold. Keep jewelry dry. Moisture is the main factor that speeds up the tarnishing process. For longest luster you should remove when sleeping and showering. Store in the fabric Cosenza pouch when not wearing. Vermeil pieces may tarnish due to the silver base, please polish with a soft cloth to remove the tarnish.
What is Gold Filled?
Gold filled jewelry has a layer of solid gold bonded to a metal alloy. With care, your gold filled jewelry is a beautiful inexpensive alternative to solid gold jewelry. We recycle all of our unused and extra gold, silver and other metal parts to reduce waste and help the environment.
What is Vermeil?
Vermeil means that the metal used under the gold surface is silver. This combination is a beautiful long lasting alternative to solid gold. Store your vermeil jewelry in the pouch provided to protect it. To polish tarnish on vermeil use a soft cloth and silver polish to gently remove dark areas
Cancellation of Orders:
You may cancel your order and be fully refunded though your original payment method within 36 hours of ordering by emailing us with your order number at:

Shipping FAQ:
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our necklaces and bracelets are made to order. We make every effort to have your order to you in 7 days. Standard Shipping is USPS First Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Local pick up and delivery is available. Priority Mail still takes approximately 3 -4 days including the time we need to pack and ship your jewelry. USPS does not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays so that may add a day to the time for delivery.
Note that USPS tracking may not actually show package movement until the delivery date. This has been our experience with USPS shipping on occasion. All packages are shipped with tracking numbers in the allotted time frame . Please factor a few days extra if ordering a gift or something that needs to be delivered by a certain date to be sure it arrives in time.
If a package is lost in shipping we will provide a refund 30 days after the original ship date. Please note we cannot refund an order if given an incorrect shipping address at checkout. Please double check delivery addresses.
We are shipping to the US and Canada only at this time.
Tracking:
Where can I find a tracking number for my order?
An email will be automatically forwarded to you with the USPS tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Priority shipping is also available.
Payments:
Payments are processed securely through PCI compliant Stripe and Square, CosenzaNYC does not store your credit card information in our database. We accept secure credit card payments through our online website, invoices and in person sales. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Customized Items
We are able to accommodate some special requests for various lengths of chain depending on the item. Please email us before placing your order at CosenzaNYC@gmail.com. We can also send a 2 inch gold filled extender chain for $7.00.
Please message us if you would like one with your order. Longer custom chains and extenders are available, please email us with your request. Custom sizes cannot be exchanged. GIFTS:
I want to send something as a gift, can it be wrapped with a message?
Yes, we love gifts! We will send any item in our Cosenza jewelry pouch or box with a gift message card . Choose gift and message at checkout. Items ship without prices.
The Item I want is Sold Out, how can I order one?
We frequently restock some of our sold out items. Please enter your email for the sold out item on the item page on our website to be notified of restock.
Repair or exchange:
What if my item is defective or broken?
We will be happy to repair, replace or exchange with equivalent, any defective or broken item within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for replacement or repair instructions at CosenzaNYC@gmail.com. After 30 days we will not accept exchanges and any repairs will be charged a service fee of $30 and a $5 shipping fee. For hygienic purposes most pieces are not returnable. All necklaces and bracelets are made to order and can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Customer pays for the return shipping for any exchanges, we will provide a return label with tracking number Custom orders are not returnable so please be sure of custom size requests before ordering.
